It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the 4th Asia Trails Conference, to be held from December 1st to 5th, 2022 in Taipei, Taiwan.
As the government of Taiwan has loosened the border restrictions, arrivals no longer need the 7 days compulsory quarantine, we are excited to invite you to participate in the conference in person, here in Taiwan!
1. Registration Fee: $120 USD / Paypal link will be provided when the registration's confirmed. It'll include: entry pass for the trails conference (12/2-12/3), walking festival (12/3-12/5, participant may be assigned to different routes), and a valuable souvenir gifts set.
2. Once you have received our confirmation letter, please arrange your flight ticket accordingly.
3. We've reserved limited numbers of hotel rooms nearby the conference venue. They come as “first come first served”, with price from around $80-110 USD/night per person. If there is no more vacancy, we’ll notify the applicant, and would provide a list of recommended hotels for you to choose from.
4. When receiving your registration form, we'll confirm with you about the price of reserved room and the fee in total, please revert accordingly via Paypal link (will be provided in the email).
5. This registration will be due by October 10th.
